PUPPIES:  
5-in1 and Corona are given at 8, 12, & 16 weeks of age and then annually thereafter. 
Rabies are given at 16 weeks of age and must be repeated one year later as regulated by state requirements as follows:   Colorado, Utah, Wyoming & Kansas  every 3 years thereafter
Bordatella & Lyme requires 2 vaccinations given 4 weeks apart and then annual thereafter.
Deworming:  Given orally and to be repeated 10 days later.  Veterinarian will prepare a syringe for the 2nd dosage to be given in 10 days.

KITTENS: 
4-in1 and FELV are given at 8, 12,  weeks of age and then annually thereafter.  
Rabies are given at 16 weeks of age and must be repeated one year later.  Colorado, Utah, Wyoming & Kansas  every 3 years thereafter . 
FIP &  FIV requires 2 vaccinations 4 weeks apart and then annually thereafter.
